At 1L/2L interviews (OCI/EIW), we have been both interviewees and interviewers. KICK-OFF CONVERSATION
In order to optimize our services, we would like you to answer an initial questionnaire. In a following kick-off conversation, we want to learn about your background and experience, your goals and personality. This will allow us to recommend a selection of law schools, develop an effective and feasible application plan, and make suitable suggestions as we work together. You will receive a comprehensive timeline consisting of the upcoming milestones and deadlines.02.
CV/RÉSUMÉ REVIEW
We will review your résumé carefully and ensure that it properly reflects your profile and experience. It is the foundation of your application.
03.
PERSONAL STATEMENTS/ESSAYS
The essays are frequently perceived as the most difficult part of the admission process. We will not dispute that they are challenging. However, here lies enormous potential. We are here to brainstorm with you, develop your ideas and messages, and help you review and polish your drafts. We will also assist you on any other additional questions posed in your application documents which typically supplement your essays and are equally important (e.g. whether to submit a GPA/LSAT Addendum).
Brainstorming: We will help you identify inspirational stories of your life to kick-start and organize your writing. Sometimes, an experienced objective eye will discover aspects that are difficult to see for yourself. We will guide you in incorporating these unique personal stories into the larger context of your application, developing compelling and comprehensive messages that will reflect who you are and your motivation to apply.
Editing: Once you have finalized your drafts on the basis of our brainstorming, we will review them carefully. Admission committees read thousands of applications – your individuality is the deciding factor. We will help you fine-tune your ideas for coherence, while maintaining your distinct voice. We may question your messages in your drafts or ask you to supplement your ideas. We will help you polish your work until your individual capabilities and character come shining through.

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
Like your essays, the letters of recommendation are a cornerstone of your application. To admission committees, views on your past performance may be tremendously helpful in making their decisions. We will strategize with you on who to choose for your letters of recommendation and on which key issues they should focus on. Here too, we will assist you in ensuring a consistent message that ties in with the rest of your application and offer editorial support.

INTERVIEW PREPARATION
An interview is your opportunity to make your case in person. We will assist you in organizing your ideas and thoughts, and provide you with hands-on advice on how to leave the best possible impression. That includes advice on how to bridge cultural differences successfully, how to structure your answers, and deal with unexpected situations. We have interviewed and recruited countless students and understand what matters. Our package includes a one-hour interview preparation and a 30-minute mock interview session.
06.
FINAL-APPLICATION REVIEW
We will conduct a final review of your entire application to help you ensure coherence and completeness. This step is crucial to spot and eliminate remaining issues in your documents and add the final touches.
07.
POST-APPLICATION SERVICE
Our services do not end with the submission of your applications. In case you are waitlisted, we will assess options of improving your chances of admission.
