FAQ

Please submit your document(s) with any other necessary information (e.g. deadline, format) here. We will respond and provide you with a final quote within 24 hours. Upon your payment, we will commence service and ensure timely delivery.

For a single document, we generally aim to provide you with a revised version within three to five business days, starting the business day after we receive it. 

Our edits are made in Microsoft Word, using tracked changes and comments. Depending on the document and task, we may supplement our review with suggestions via e-mail.

We realize that certain documents need multiple rounds of review until perfection. We therefore offer a minimum of two rounds of reviews for a document within 30 days upon engagement. Additional reviews may be provided subject to our discretion.

Our editing is solely done by our consultants themselves who are not only legal practitioners but also accomplished writers in the English language. As we believe in a high-quality and individual service approach, you will work with all of our consultants on different aspects. We thereby ensure a multiple-eye review and discussion among our team members to constantly test our work and ensure the highest standards.

We provide translation services from Mandarin to English at a surcharge of 80% of the total price.

Our Premium Package helps you develop and fine-tune ideas for your documents from the very beginning. We will carefully review your profile, discuss topic options with you one-on-one and guide you in the drafting process. Of course, we will then check your draft for any errors, enhance structure, clarity and vocabulary if needed and ensure that the document ties in with the overall theme of your application. Our Standard Package supports you in checking your already developed draft for any errors, will enhance structure, clarity and vocabulary if needed and ensure that your message comes across in the strongest possible way.

At this time, we accept bank transfers, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. For bank transfers, we accept USD and TWD only.

In case of particular urgency, we may be able to offer a turn-around time of 24 hours or shorter. For a turn-around time of three days or less, there will be a surcharge of 80% of the total price.
